1. Enterprise Infrastructure & Reseller Status
Click Seed acts as a premium, managed reseller of domain registration and infrastructure services. We are not an ICANN or auDA accredited registrar, but rather an infrastructure layer that provisions, secures, and manages assets via wholesale registrar partners on behalf of our enterprise clients.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our infrastructure is designed for legitimate corporate use. You must not use our services for:
- Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
- Transmitting unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) in violation of the Australian Spam Act 2003.
- Engaging in copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.
- Operating illegal lotteries, darknet markets, or fraudulent financial schemes.
Violation of this AUP will result in immediate suspension of DNS resolution and potential termination of services without refund, followed by reporting to relevant authorities.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As an enterprise client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current WHOIS / contact information for all registered assets.
- Maintaining strict access controls (including MFA) for your authorized administrative personnel.
- Responding promptly to compliance inquiries or verification requests initiated by Click Seed or upstream registries.
4. Fees, Renewals, and Billing
All managed portfolios are subject to agreed-upon SLA tiers and enterprise billing cycles. Auto-Renewal: For clients opting into auto-renewal protection, Click Seed will attempt to renew domains 30-45 days prior to expiration. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient corporate funding or active payment methods are maintained.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our billing department is considered a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, Click Seed reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated DNS services and lock the domain portfolio until the dispute is resolved and administrative fees are paid.
6. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sydney, NSW.
